I have a 96 year old mom who is in assisted living in another state. We visit at least once a month. I have 5 local grandchildren and one of them is autistic and requires extra help. I have felt sandwiched between helping both my mom and my daughter/grandkids. It’s easy to let my health slip. Recently I have been intentional about taking care of my health so I can be healthy to continue to help and bless others.
