There is a kids ministry in my city called Kids On Track. They are given an amazing opportunity in the public schools of the area, where they provide Christian “Character Clubs” after school is over for any kids signed up. The executive director has a vision of having a grandparent in every club, being the resident gramma or grandpa, serving by looking after bathroom and water fountain escort duties and helping out wherever they can. I am the first to volunteer. This coming year, it is my hope to elicit the help of other “Grand-friends” for this ministry. Let’s see what God can do with the likes of the old guys!

I write the monthly newsletter for my church’s GrandLife ministry and if it’s okay with you – I’m copying this article with all acknowledgement that it is written by you in my January newsletter. You can reply to me at nanamoss8@gmail.com. I have about 400 readers at present.
I go to Shades Mountain Baptist in Birmingham where the Summit was held last October. I’m still reeling from that!!! Love this ministry!
