It’s fall, the leaves are changing and spooky. Halloween decorations are popping up. But as Christians, the scariest thing about Halloween may be navigating this annual event. While there are many ways families celebrate in the Fall, as intentional Christian grandparents, let’s not miss this opportunity to share God’s word and generate powerful conversations with our grandchildren.
When you see costumes, TV shows and advertisements this fall, tell your grands that God wants us to think about things that are good, and He wants us to have nothing to do with divination or witchcraft. It’s an important protective message that our grandchildren may not hear anywhere else.
