There are 30 million Christian grandparents in the United States influencing more than 120,000,000 grandchildren. And in the hands of Almighty God, we can become a powerful army of prayer warriors for our grandchildren. Grandparents, we may not be as physically strong as we once were, but we’re called to be spiritual leaders in our families.
We must engage in the spiritual battle being waged against our grandchildren by intentionally praying for their protection and growth. In the Bible, God directed the older men and women to instruct the younger and to pray for them. Through prayer, we can intercede on behalf of our loved ones. We can pray intentionally for their spiritual growth and victory.
