As a first time Grammy to my now almost 5 month old wee Hendrik Michael…this article really hit home. I raised my daughter, just she and I, after my husband, her Daddy, died just before she turned 4 years old. Now she and her man have blessed me with this beautiful little man! And I can not express the JOY and LOVE I am now experiencing with my little grandson! THANK YOU SO MUCH for this beautiful article/blog of your little grandson and you and the special relationship we have with grandchildren!!

I am now 72 and have 10 grandchildren and 1 in heaven(lived here on earth 24 hours). I just love how you capture that overwhelming love we have for grandchildren but without all the responsibility!! I have 3 in college and the love and joy only grows, but I do pray more often for them the older they get. I will need to read more of your writings!! Thank you ❤️
